Convention Updates - Sun Eve 7/27

I left off yesterday at the 12:30 break for lunch.
From 1-6pm the Office Expo 2008 opened with many of our regular supporting vendors/sponsors and some newer ones like VMeal and Office Arrow. I didn't get to really visit with vendors due to obligations as a Delegate.

The afternoon really consisted of attending the District Caucus, briefly supporting the Greater New England Division (I was working at their fundraising booth), the DE-MD-DC Division group photo and lastly attending the DE-MD-DC Division dinner at Mulates. Approximately 60 DE-MD-DC Division members and friends attended this dinner. It was a great time.

The District Caucus was led by our Southeast District International Board of Directors representative Tamra Goodall CPS/CAP. This gathering of Southeast District members, delegates and alternates is an opportunity for recognizing achievements within the District and learning more about what has been accomplished during the IAAP program year. IAAP Executive Director Don Bretthauer, and International Board of Directors President Judy McCoy CPS/CAP stopped by the meeting for a quick hello.
